Our mission is simple: to give every doctor the best possible chance of securing the specialty they've worked for — through smarter preparation, better questions, and a deeper understanding of what the MSRA actually demands.
Ossify was created by a group of practising doctors who experienced firsthand what it means to prepare for the MSRA with inadequate tools. The question banks available on the market felt recycled, the explanations were shallow, and the learning barely felt like learning at all.
We saw the enormous potential for artificial intelligence to help coach candidates into preparing for the MSRA exam and wanted to build a platform to help you capitalise on this.
So we built Ossify, a question bank rooted in genuine clinical reasoning. We used AI to write questions that closely mirror the style and difficulty of the real exam, with in-depth analysis and explanation for every answer option. Every question was then reviewed by practising doctors who understand exactly what the MSRA tests and what it takes to achieve a Band 4. We don't want you to just pass the exam, we want to make you a stronger, more confident clinician.
